ENSURING SAFE EFFECTIVE CARE

Our management team are responsible for making sure that we meet the Regulations defined in the Health & Social Care Act 2008 (Regulated Activities) Regulations 2014. We work to ensure we meet the CQC’s standards, best practice guidance and legislation.

We have a comprehensive suite of policies and procedures which are reviewed regularly and updated based on legislation, regulation and best practice.

We have a comprehensive risk register which is reviewed by the management team regularly and scores adjusted based on risks identified, lessons learned and sector knowledge.

We have developed an Environmental and Sustainability Strategy which sets out how we can make improvements with our carbon footprint.

The strategy also sets out how MRS can work towards the United Nations ‘Sustainable Development Goals’ and identifies actions MRS will seek to put in place in order to meet a number of these
goals.
