Patient Transport (PTS)

Our non-emergency patient transport service (NEPTS) are dedicated to all our customers and clients individual needs. Medical Response have highly experienced ACA’s that provide a care led service that is second to none and to which we are all proud off.

Medical Response Services are able to provide contracted NEPTS ambulances to NHS Hospitals as well as providing ambulances on a ad hoc out of the region transfers and also private client transfer bookings

We work 365 days a year 24/7, covering all the Northwest from our base at Junction 26 of the M6 Wigan, central to all NHS Trusts

We work with several NHS Trusts, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs), Local Authorities and Private Individuals to facilitate non-emergency transfer journeys and complex transfers.

All our ambulances are fitted with stretcher, wheelchair, carry chair, AED, Oxygen and Pat-Slide
